This week, I’m travelling to Disney World with my Magical Mastermind group, a group of 15 entrepreneurs who meet 3 times a year to help each other under my direction. We’re going to Disney World to learn from one of the most successful companies in the world. Arguably, Disney have the highest service standards of any business, and they certainly have lofty goals that everyone in their HUGE organization are expected to meet.

Since I’m away for an extended period, I thought it would be useful for you to see a rerun of a special Disney episode I recorded last year.

This episode originally aired in Februrary ’09 but I’m sure many people haven’t seen it, so I went to the archives, dusted it off, and the information is still 100% relevant and accurate, so I hope you enjoy it. I’m off to meet up with Mickey and the gang, I hope you enjoy this special episode, and we’ll be back again with regular episodes next week.
