Need to Return a Product?

In order to receive a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping & handling charges), please follow the directions below:

(1) First of all, you must have purchased the item from Andrew directly (if it was purchased at a seminar, from Amazon.com etc, you’ll need to contact the company who processed your payment, directly).

(2) You must receive a return authorization number BEFORE RETURNING your product.  This is extremely important!

(3) You must return the product(s) to the address specified in your return authorization.  Please do not return your product to the shipping address that your product was originally shipped from – we use different vendors for fulfillment and they are not responsible for items returned to them directly and doing so may delay, reduce or void your refund.

(4) The returned package must include ALL PARTS of the ordered product, in resalable condition (you must not have made notes on the pages or let the dog chew on the manuals etc).

Need to Update Your Credit Card / Address, or Cancel Your Microwave Marketing Subscription?

(1) Download the “Subscription Update Form” below and follow the simple instructions. This is the only way to change your subscription, for your protection as well as ours.

Fill out the form below and fax it back to the office (or you may scan and email it), then a staff member will contact you via email, fax or phone and confirm the changes. In the event of a cancellation, you will be issued a Cancellation Authorization Code.  Without this code you will continue to be billed.
