How do you feel about car dealers? Probably the same as most people. They don’t have a great reputation, do they? I went to buy a new car recently and I’ll share my experience. I think you’ll be surprised.
The ‘Ask Andrew’ question is all about how to record a video interview. I’ll share some of the resources that I’ve befitted from over the years.
Our Nifty Click resource for this episode is Jeffrey Gitomer’s sales blog at www.salesblog.com. It’s a brilliant place to stay up to date with strategies that work. I have great respect for Jeffrey. As well as being a prolific writer of some excellent books, he really knows what he’s talking about, and he shares his information in a direct, no-nonsense fashion. Check it out, I think you’ll be impressed.
The BIG marketing lesson is from BIC pens. Oh BIC, what have you done?! This time its an example of what NOT to do! Have you heard about “BIC for her” pens? If not, you soon will.
Thanks as always to Isabelle Mercier for her practical information about branding your small business.
