Have you watched the popular TV show Shark Tank? It was born from a show in England called Dragons Den, where entrepreneurs pitch investors to fund their big idea. It’s a great show, I love it, and one of the viewers of my show was recently featured on Shark Tank with their healthy snack, Ice Chips candy, made from Xylitol. I’m a big fan of what they’re doing.
If you’re a mature adult (as in, in your 60’s) is Internet marketing for you? That’s the question posed by a viewer this week. You may find my answer surprising.
Now, one of my pet peeves is not being able to reach customer service by phone, and I’ve discovered a resource that I think you’ll find quite useful. Finally, the big marketing lesson for this episode is from Samsung, a company whose electronics products have taken the world by storm. They’re one of the largest and most successful consumer electronics businesses in the world, and I’ll talk about something they do that you can imitate in your small business.
Thanks as always to Isabelle Mercier for her practical information about branding your small business.
