This is an exciting week for me, and hopefully you too. Why?

GotBiz.tv has now launched – 9/9/09! This new network for entrepreneurs aims to educate entrepreneurs in an unconventional way and prove that business doesn’t have to be boring. With the erratic economy continuing to send jolts of fear and uncertainty throughout the business world, the launch of GotBiz.tv couldn’t have come at a better time. With its hours of fast, fun and free business training from a variety of well-known experts, always delivered in a spirit of optimism and good humor, GotBiz.tv is certain to become a valued source of information and inspiration for millions of entrepreneurs across the globe.

I like to read. A lot. Actually, I aim to consume 2 new business books each week. One of the best books I’ve read recently is “How to sell when nobody’s buying” by Dave Lakhani. If you’re in sales, you MUST read this ground-breaking book.

This week’s question is all about how to reassure nervous buyers on e-commerce websites. Watch the show to discover the answer.

d you know tha there’s a significant competitor to Craigslist in the USA? It has a slightly cleaner look and layout that Craigslist in my opinion. Check it out.

There’s a new part of the show – ‘success stories’. I love hearing YOUR succes stories about how you implement the suggestions in the show, so keep ‘em coming. You can submit your results using the ‘ask andrew’ link at the top of the page, and you can win an incredible prize, something from my travels ;)

Finally, the big lesson of the week, from Liberty Mutual. They teamed up with Home Depot in a very clever marketing strategy called ‘integration marketing’.

Let me know your opinion about the show – simply write a comment below.

Enjoy the show!

Great to see you’re keeping us current with your sponsor – I WAS looking for a text provider and will investigate for UK marketing.

(there’s a .com on the end)

    2) As well as baby being due in 5 weeks today and launching my new brand of “Business Evolution”, and to top it off with all these great-looking shows on gotbiz.tv how the HELL am I meant to do any work??

  6. Andrew – Your T-shirt message was incomplete! It should have said: “The art of conversation is, like, kinda dead and stuff, you know!”

  9. Same here – GotBiz says it is launching 9/9/09, but it is 1pm here on the 9th and yet there is nothing at the site to watch. Hope it is working soon.

  10. Well, I must say while watching the first couple of seconds of your show Andrew I had some serious doubts. However you certainly showed me that I had absolutely no reason to fret. Just in this clip alone there were so many different avenues and ideas, that professionals and amateurs alike can put into practice. I myself am quite new to the whole revolution of online marketing and business, and found many of the links you spoke of quite informative. All in all Andrew I’ve got to say you may have just found yourself a new avid viewer. Great job!

  11. GotBiz.tv will be live soon…

  12. I recently came across your blog and have been reading along. I thought I would leave my first comment. I don’t know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Nice blog. I will keep visiting this blog very often.

  14. Great video Andrew. You just gave another informative video for people who are interested in engaging in their own businesses. Well, I hope you share more videos and tips soon about how to deal with business properly. Thanks a lot.

  15. I found the video to be very professional and the information is useful. I think that the host should not wear the shirt with lettering on it. It was rather distracting, I found myself continually reading his shirt. Overall this was really good.

  19. Hey.

Very good show. Gives a lot of good ideas to all kind of businesses. I particularly like the text messaging service – wish I thought of it myself :)

  20. Well Andrew I’ll try this edition for my comments.
Really the one I wanted to speak to was last week.
What happened to the concept that the CUSTOMER ALWAYS COMES FIRST.
I have a answer to that question.
    1. companies have become so “bottom line” driven that they have lost fact that it is the customer who is making the “bottom line”.
    2. GET RID of the UNIONS. They (unions) are killing American Business. They have taught their members it is more important to think about “I” than to be concerned with the customer who is actually put the money in their pocket.

  21. Well, hope the gotbiz.tv website will be working soon, because now it is still under construction and most of the website isnt working
