Have you ever purchased anything from 1and1? They are a COMPLETE and UTTER nightmare to deal with! Their support is non-existent and somewhere abroad. They send generic copy&paste replies and have less technical training than my grandma. Rude. Take forever to reply. Double-bill you. NIGHTMARE! I don’t care if their marketing is great, when the company and their support sucks.

Lisa: I guess 1&1 need to improve their act judging by your experience wit them! btw, I use sharthis because it was the first service I came across, no other reason!
Dr Scott: It’s called the ‘cliffhanger’ – you can guess why. I think soap operas use the technique in the most obvious way – something BIG always happens at the end of each episode to make sure you tune in again next time!

I have been using 1and1 exclusively for the past 4 year and had the exact opposite experience as Lisa. Tech support has always been perfect, anything I need done has been taking care of quickly and exactly how I wanted it. I did have one major issue with a domain and they fixed it in under 24 hours, I didn’t expect it to be fixed that quickly!
I highly recommend them to my podcast listeners and membership site community.
