Let me know what you think of Chris Hurn’s experience with the Ritz Carlton, and how they handled his son’s temporary loss of “Joshie”.

I thought the beginning segment was hard to follow. I appreciated Dave Crenshaw’s question about what are the two things that I like doing most and what minor things am I doing, that aren’t helpful. I also found Isabelle’s info about knowing the top 10 questions that consumers will ask about my product and services and making sure all team members also knew these was very helpful.

its nice .. at first it was hart to follow then its alright..all members will like this and me to..

I really like the way that the Ritz Carlton hadled the return of the stuffed animal and loved the little book that they put together with his extended stay. I am a business owner and none of this was new to me. The Ritz Carton went above and beyond their expectations. This gives them an extreme rating and will bring them a lot of new business.

Amazing episode !!! It won’t be an exaggeration to say, this is one of the best ones ever. It is needless to say how helpful this episode is for small timers like us especially at these times of unstable economy. It would be rude not to mention The Aspen Ski for the marketing lesson. It was like the cherry on top of the sundae !!! Looking forward to the upcoming episodes.

Wow! Great, compact, fast and useful. Even a non business guy like me could benefit from this. The show is very versatile and there’s never a boring moment. Right from the importance of customer support, – wow i wish I could send this video to all businesses here in India. Customer support is pathetic here in India. The Aspen strategy of advertising ws so cool. Also the tips given for employers to brief their employees was also so meaningful. Wish i could get more of thee videos.

Hey Andrew,
Great show and it’s going to take me a while to get through ya previous ones but I’m sure it’s worth it.
I tried both of my sites out on loads.in and first came out at 4.5 sec and 2nd 0.5 so both under 6 secs, so thanks for that tip.
Im sending a new employee out on his own so the tips about making sure he has the answers to the 10 most commonly asked questions is a good one, simple but true.
So thanks from good old England.
